Etiquette & Terms

1. Respect the tranquility of our space and other guests by turning off mobile phones and electronic devices.
2. Avoid consuming large meals or beverages immediately before your scheduled treatment.
3. Schedule appointments in advance to secure your preferred treatment and time. Our staff will provide a reminder the day before your visit.
4. Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for discussing preferences and addressing any concerns.
5. Consult with our administrators for guidance on selecting a suitable spa program or if you have any doubts about your health.
6. Inform our staff of any health conditions or pregnancy when booking your appointment.
7. Our spa operates between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM, with the latest booking available at 8:00 PM.
8. Notify our administrators if you expect to be late, need to cancel, or reschedule your appointment.
9. After your treatment, please limit your stay in the treatment room to 15 minutes for scheduling purposes.
10. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment to accommodate other guests.
11. To cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for the service.
12. Our treatments focus on relaxation, revitalization, and beauty – we do not offer erotic or sexual services.
13. Individuals under the influence of alcohol or exhibiting inappropriate behaviour may be refused service.
14. In Thailand, it is customary to show appreciation for the therapist’s service by offering a tip. While not required, tips are welcome if you enjoyed your treatment.
